- CNN Business - Fear & Greed Index composite score, Put/Call ratio, VIX 50-day moving average

We make no representation or warranty that any data displayed is accurate, complete, timely, or free from errors. All data is subject to:
- Transmission delays inherent to internet-based delivery
- Third-party API outages, rate limits, or data discontinuities
- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows
- Intraday delays of up to 15 minutes for certain instruments

The design, layout, source code, visual presentation, brand identity, and all original content of the Service - including the Material Design 3 implementation, sparkline engine, Fear & Greed computation methodology, status-strip logic, and all custom CSS and JavaScript - are the intellectual property of Global Markets Dashboard and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Underlying market data remains the property of the respective data providers (Yahoo Finance, Alpaca Markets, Federal Reserve). Use of such data is subject to those providers' own terms of service.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the Service for permitted personal use as described in Section 5.
The Service may display links or promotions for third-party platforms including Interactive Brokers, TradingView, tastytrade, CoinGecko, and others (collectively "Partners"). These are displayed in the Partners & Programs panel on the Dashboard.
Some Partner links may be affiliate links. This means Global Markets Dashboard may receive a commission or referral fee if you click a link and subsequently sign up for or purchase a service from a Partner. This comes at no additional cost to you.
Global Markets Dashboard does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the products, services, accuracy of information, or practices of any Partner or third-party website. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Markets Dashboard expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
